How access works
- Visitors are asked to sign in before opening any desk page.
- Signed-in users who are not on staff open or join the desk (join code).
- staff — hours, visits, neighbors, team, and form inbox.
- admin — above plus settings, open desk, and staff join-code management.
- Board members use an admin account for v1 (no separate board role yet).
